I bought Vento Diesel vehicle having Motor No. CLN15957, Chasis No. Wvwd11602bt048709 on 20/04. On 6 September my spouse was operating On-Highway.instantly one maruti 800 struck our car at Hood aspect and harm all of the part of front-side of the vehicle. After hit by small-car like Maruti 800, Vento couldn't preserve stability On-Highway and lastly dropped into heavy mud pit. Despite such large strike, air-bags didn't start in the place and ABS CouldN't quit the vehicle operating just at 90 Km/time.
After contact the organization, they're reacting with one-line ” Air-Bag may start only if vehicle may encounter stronger crash and ABS could work just that much of level”. That which was informed at that time of purchase, nothing become a reality. I'm buying vehicles from others also. But i confronted lifethreatening event with Volkswagen only. I'm observing whether Volkswagen will require some motion and resolve my issue the moment possible.
