I get a solicitation in the mail. So I call to inquire if they can really do financing for people in difficult financial circumstances. He says yes. He takes my information and calls me back 20 minutes later. I've been approved. When can I come and look at a car.

So I go in a few days later. Now mind you, he's called me three to four times a day EVERY DAY until I go in to look at cars.

So I find a car I want. No problem. I've been approved. I pay them $1000 downpayment, sign the paperwork and drive off in what I thought was now my car.

ONE MONTH LATER, I get a call. I have to return the car because the financing fell through.

They never had any financing to begin with. Still havent' gotten my $1000 back.
