12/07 I had to call these people out as I had run out of fuel in my right tank. The driver showed up about an hour later, went to put fuel in my truck with gas cans that had short nozzles. He evidentally has done much work on older trucks with tanks under the sleeper cause he couldn't get the fuel in and he didn't have a funnel (equipment he should have). He had to empty a gallon jug of antifreeze and cut the bottom out of it to use as a funnel. He used the "F" word several times. Which I found very unprofessional and insulting! He finally got the fuel in my tank, and then sprayed ether in my air breather and the truck fired right up. Total cost...$453.35. Labor rate wasn't too bad at $85 per hour, however, for the less than 20 gals he gave me the cost was $110.00 this works out to over $5.50 per gallon! Outrageous! Then he charged me $21.51 for shop supplies. These supplies amounted to 1 pair of disposable latex gloves. (although I am sure he included the price of the gallon of antifreeze he had to dump because of his lack of equipment in this price). Then after I paid him, he didn't want to give me a receipt. I told him I had to have one, so he went back to his truck and after 15 mins he came back with a complete repair receipt. They bill was ridiculous and the manner very unprofessional.
