Long beach and company is by far the worst and most dispicable company ever, this company can even provide online payments, sent bills the right way and harrass customers like they were childs.
My aunt has a loan thru them, my aunt does not speak english so i or my sister have to deal with this people and the things they say over the phone is incredible. My aunt sent 2 payments in one but 5 days late and we had a call by one of the represantative from lbac demanding why wasn't the payment made on this day mu aunt was on the phone receiveing the good news that her father was release from internal care unit so she did not wish to speak to him because my sister told him that she was on the phone with her father and the payment was sent, so he said " oh so a phone call about a stupid news is more inportant than the $21,000.00 dbt she has with us!!!""" so my sister told mu aunt this and my aunt got on the phone and simply told him "yes".
This harrassment doesn't stop there they also have the guts to say everything and anything over the phone like if the money you owe lbac was provided by themselves! They stink and they disserve to have the worst reputation of all they have bad service on the phone billing, no website to create easy payment and they claimed to be the best at speed, service, acuuracy please this people first need to get theyre priority straight and stop harrasing!!!
Over all i think everyone who got approved for a loan from this low budget and lowest quality care company have just sign thy're life away as well as they're respect.
