After they take your money and you have a question or problem. You will not get to talk to the person who sold the policy. When we finally recieved the contract did not cover what we were told it would cover. We called and wanted our money back they said we had to write a letter and send it by us mail. Which we did. We call to see if they recieved the letter. They did not so we sent them again. I called to see if they recieved the letter, and was greeted by the most rude individual that yell at me and hung up, when I call back she would not let me speak and hung up again. I wonder if I will ever get our 2000 plus dollars back. The policy was not even in effect and would not be for 45 days.
