Complaint / review text:
The day they called me, they described this card as a credit card. Stating it could be used as such. Upon allowing them to deduct $200 out of my account, I never heard or recieved my card or nothing from them. They said I would get it in the mail with in 5-7 busines days. A few weeks went by and still I recieved nothing. I called and called them, but couldn't get through for days. I sat on the phone a few times, put on hold for literally 2 hours, finally hanging up. When I finally got through, I told them i wanted to cancel and get my money refunded. I was given another number. I called that number for days and when finally getting throuh, i was told I could write a letter cancelling and fax it to them. Again, days went by, I kept trying to call and couldn't get through. I recieved a letter in the mail stating my letter was denied and I would not be getting reimbursed and credit card would be sent to me.
About a weke later, I did recieve this card, along with a merchandise book. I did NOT know this was only a card that you could order only their merchandise out of a magazine. Again, I tried calling and I am now at the end of my rope trying to get through and trying to get my $200 back.
