I brought my car in to have a heating problem fixed. Paid $570 for these so called repairs. 3 days later, I noticed the same thing with the gauge all the way at HOT. Limped in to another Dobbs which was close by. Didn't hear anything until I called about 6 hours later. Was informed they were towing the car back to original Chesterfield location. 2 days later they informed me that I now had a blown head gasket. They refunded me my original $570, but I wound up paying $3400 for another engine. They would not take other responsibility, although they also toed my car back and forth at no charge. Why they would do that and not charge me tells me they were responsible for my car, but would not admit it. These are inferior mechanics, and I would think twice about ever taking my car there again. I cant even trust them to do my lifetime tire rotations, let alone oil changes. Never again.
