Igor Vonwertenburb dba E.F. Whalen co. Took a painting from my mothers estate 7 years ago. He doesn't have the painting and has never paid for it. He doesn't answer my e-mails. After talking to other consigners I have found out that I am not the only one that he has done this to. He is a silver tongued con man. No one should do business with him.
