LandCar Agency sold me a car with faulty clutch and transmission and a bogus warranty through land car that now will not cover any of these repairs

I bought a used 2005 Subaru legacy from the Larry H Miller Group in Albuquerque NM in Feb for $12000. Upon purchasing I was convinced tt I should also purchase a warranty from LandCar Agency for$1000.
In July the clutch went in the car..
Unable to afford the cost of the repairs my car has sat broken since.
I finally brought the car to a mechanic who has since informed me that the transmission is also Shot
. I now have been told that this will now cost $4500 or more and am unable to figure out what the warranty is good for.
