It seems like my dealings with Midway auto are not uncommon. They lost our license, keep us waiting and waiting, were unrelenting to trying to get us to purchase extras, would not accept that we wanted to pay cash not finance, charged excessive doc fees and "made" purchase "automate" paint protection. (It says optional on the purchase order, but we were told it was required by "state law") We were also told this could be done at the local dealership - NOT. It is a 4 plus drive to Phoenix to get this done every 6 months. I think not. It seems to me like it is a glorified car wash that I could get for $15 or so at the local car wash. What do we do get a refund?
