Innovative After Market Systems rip-off! They're not paying the insurance claim

I had an auto accident 12/24, and the primary insurance carrier was Safeco.insurance paid on 2/21 and IAS was faxed a copy of the checkon 2/12.innovative After Market Systems claimed they could not read it and wanted a letter from Safeco on their letterhead stating the date and amount paid. So, I faxed that to them on 2/18. All the while I was asking IAS what else they need and they said they had everything.

Safeco paid their part using the police report.
Then IAS claimed they needed the police report—which was exactly the same as the police report other than a picture drawing of accident and position of vehicles.
I faxed them the police report - that cost me $3.00 on 3/2 at 12:49 pm.

I contacted the Ins. Commissioners office - Lewis Perna (813-899-6160). Mr Perna advise me by voice mail today the IAS has asked for an extension to 4/27.
Which every time I have called IAS they tell me the claim went to the underwriters on 3/29 and will take 30 days —maybe more to process.
