Lemon car ripoff

To make a long story short, I decided for my first brand new car that I would buy the model right off the show room floor, boy was that a mistake. I left the dealership on September 28 not knowing quite how to read the digital readout I waited until I saw my boyfriend to have him read it for me. When I bought it they had all the paperwork filled with 49 miles on the vehicle. What it turned out to be was 4900 miles and it was not brand new it was a sales demo.

I took the car back the very next day. The manager said that I could go pick out a new vehicle of my choice. I said GREAT! Well after I picked out a different car, the manager sent a salesman over to begin haggling the price again. I told him that the deal was off, to give me back my trade-in and checks and I would be on my way. Needless to say he changed his mine and I left with the car that I wanted.

I was soo happy and proud I had my first new car, being a single mom that was quite the accomplishment.
Then the aggravations started. I have 29,208 miles on my car, great for 3 years and 5 months of ownership. It has been an uphill battle that I cannot afford anymore. I am in a catch 22. I can't afford any more repairs, but I can't afford to trade it in either. Let me tell you what I have had to do.
1. Replace the Ignition it froze and kept me home from work.
(Had to be towed to the dealership and miss work)
2. Replace the Brakes.
3. Replace the Front Discs
4. Replace the Gas tank YES THE ENTIRE TANK
(Had to be towed to the dealership and missed work)
5. Recall for Seat belts that felt great with a child that has always sat in this spot in a car seat.
6. Replace ALL 4 Tires
7. Replace the Battery only to find out that the (see 8)
8. Alternator was bad and have to replace the (see 9)
(Had to be towed to the dealership and miss work)
9. Battery again!
10. New battery cables
11. Not to metion that when I hit any bump in the road my RADIO turns itself off.
12. The Dash board has been peeling for quite some time now.
GRRRR... Finally had enough.
