I mother open and account with the insurance years ago and was paying her bill throught Jcpenney. When her bill being to double and could not keep up with the charges. We discovered that some had open three more accounts. We called Jcpenney and they had nothing to say. The first lady stating that the insurance was to pay off bills if she lost her job and provided a number to contact Stonebridge. We call Stonebridge and was given two options one was to take a six month pay off or have them to listen to a tape. The account was open since 2009 and it is 2011. To agree on something like that is ridiculous.insurance is suppose to help people not hurt.
