We were also tricked by the commercial about the Cherry Hill Triplex, which claimed to give $8,000-10,000 for any car.in our case the salespeople did all they could to prolong the time, confuse us, and get us to sign the contract in a rush, without answering any questions about the deal: nothing about the price of the car, the details of the 10,000 dollar trade, etc, although we asked these questions several times.
We spent over 4 hours at the dealership. We do understand that it was stupid to sign the contract without knowing that by the law of NJ you cannot cancel a contract even immediately after signing it. The next day, 12 hours after the deal, right after the dealership opened, we went over there to cancel the contract, and only then found out that we could not do it by NJ law.
We decided to cancel the deal because:
1) The trade is a lie, to which the financial manager, admitted to the next day.
2) The price on the car has been extremely exaggerated, which has been covered up through the trade.
We therefore did not want anything to do with this dealership, in the main business of which the basis is a lie.
We had to, again, visit this dealership to try and solve our problem, and again were assured that they exaggerated their own prices, which were presented on their website (http://www.cherryhilltriplex.com), by at least $6,000.
We would like to warn everyone about our experience. We would like to say that the business of Cherry Hill is based on lying to the customer. We did not meet any other company in NJ that would make such an offer. The others have a conscience and believe in God.
Anyway, before visit Cherry Hill Triplex will be useful check these web-sites for car prices: http://www.cars.com and http://www.carsdirect.com
