Hello. This report is to anyone considering using A-allied service center as an auto repair facility. I am a former employee of this company, and am quite aware of it's business practices, which I find quite unethical. I am a Professional Service Advisor, therefore I did not fit in there. This company has aquired a hard earned reputation for providing good service, however, in recent years that has changed. The owner, Rick Dahl, is an automotive genius, however, he has turned over operations to Larry Shapiro (who calls himself Larry Shap, in order to hide his ethnicity). Larry is a scheister. He cheats diagnostic times, and labor times, in order to increase gorss profits.
It pains me to write this, since Rick, and Nancy dahl are such nice people. Never-the-less, they have turned over the everyday operations of their company to an unethical cheat. Larry is quite rude and condescending to his customers who pay his high wage. The quality of mechanics is questionable, as well. Any Monkey can turn a wrench, but it takes an intelligent, experienced Tech to propperly diagnose a problem. This company lacks quality diagnostis Techs. Hence Larry's constant call-backs requesting additional diagnostic time (labor). Well, anymore of this would just be babble. I think any reader of this will get my point by now. If anyone wants to know more, check into the Jason Sterry incident. Better Business Bureau. Sincerely
