Insurance Rip-off they claim my grandmother didnt pay her insurance & she has the receipts

My grandmother got A LETTER FROM Gieco stating shedidnt pay her cr insurance. I Michael W. Paris was with her when she paid it. Mygrandmother has recipts for the payment.
