This company lost the chip inside my car's keyless remote and said they could do nothing about it

The Walnut Hill Carwash in Pasadena, California lost the chip inside my car's keyless remote and said that they couldn't do anything about it. They damaged my property and did not seem to care. Because of their negligence, I have to manually open and lock my car. They were callous and did not seem to care about finding a solution to the problem they created.
