I hope you read this BEFORE you read their ad on Craig's list for Summerville, SC. If you see anything regarding Consolidated Lumber JRC Transport, in any order, run far far away. The dispatcher I had takes more time off than a government employee and sends you to BFE, with oops, there are conveniently no loads leaving BFE. DO NOT believe their hype of them paying the highest in the industry, you mean they pay themselves the highest in the industry. They forget to tell you that the loads are brokered 2 & 3 times over and you are getting calls from people you have never heard of wanting to know when you are going to deliver their loads. If you like purchasing 1400.00 plates for 1800.00, and it isn't yours even though they are helping you get the plate as a courtesy and making your life easier, have you run over 2,000 miles in 4 days and pay you -0-, yes I mean -0-, and act like it is normal, then this is definately the company for you. If you decide to go to work for this company, make sure they issue you a bottle of vaseline with their tags, because you will get screwed in the end, both ways. Drivers abandon trailers, in random states, and these people could not tell the truth if their very lives depended on it.
