I won in auction a Lexus supposedly a "MINT"and "excellent condition vehicle" with "genuine wood interior trim". When I received it, it is the most unclean auto I ever seen, with dent and scratch and missing parts, most importantly the Master Key. Also the wood trim and cargo cover are missing.
The life line" timing belt", is about to break, it is 15k miles overdue. Only once it was serviced in its 5 year life span.
There were 3 recalls by Lexus. Two of the recall services are incomplete makes it an accident hazard.
Will you in good conscience sell it as "MINT" and "excellent condition vehicle" on line in Ebay when the buyer is relying on your good faith description only.
How much faith do you have on Ebays marketting? How many unscrupulous dealers are ripping off how many consumers?
Should not we all send message to ebay about its responsibility?
