National Tire and Battery is now owned by TBC. The stores are run as a Tire Kingdom format. Service mechanical repair orders have a 8% fee added up to a maximun of $25.00. This fee covers the cost of floor mats, seat covers, shop rags, cleaners, etc. One item necessary in the shop is brake clean. Customers pay for this, however our company e-mail told us not to purchase any more brake clean. This cost the company money. Customers pay for this and are not getting what they pay for. We also charge tax and shop fees on wheel alignments. Alignments are a labor item and in the state of Georgia labor is not taxable.
