Chapman mesa auto center AKA C.A. G Scammed me 8 years ago in 2003 and are scamming me again in 2011.
I bought and financed a "1999 V6 Pontiac Grand am" Which did not make it 2 miles away from the Lot before it stalled and would not start. I called them and they towed it back to there lot and came and picked me up later when it was "fixed". But it was not the very next day in did the same thing and would not start "left me at a gas station for like two hours" So while I was there trying to get to start I noticed the engine was not a "V6" But a 4 cylinder which of course is a cheaper car. So that was the last straw! After it finally started I drove the car back to them and told money back or a car that would start!
They told me "Arizona has no cooling off period" "we do not have a car that cheap on the lot" But they will fix it AGAIN. So this time the service center gave me a receipt "which they had not done before" And said they change dthe fuel pump and it was fixed" But it was not it brok edown all the time I tried to return the car over and over, I even called the finance company "C.A. G" They sure would help me. Wrong they are Chapman! So I am broke and stuck with a car that I cant even take on a freeway! That I paid on, to protect my credit.in short they had the car off and on from the day I bought it till 7 months later Yes thats right the worked for free so many times I could not count!
So in short one day it broke down again and I left it where it was 2 years later" They did a repo and I bought a cheap $500 car THAT RAN! That was in 2005 now just short of 6 years they are suing me! For tow fees, attorney fees and the balance.
So I went to chapman auto the day I got the summons and went to the service center to get copy's of all the work they did. And of course the only had 3 work order's Yes 3! Out of at least 25
So that show they ripped me twice, but this I am not going to take it!
