Be certain that you agree to pay only for what you order when setting up an appointment online. I set up an online reservation for 4 new tires from the Mavis website, on the day of service they called to tell me they had to replace brakes, shocks and tie-rods too. I declined, they then told me that the tire size I ordered was wrong (despite it being recommended by automaker and Mavis own website). They assured me they had the right size tire in stock, comparable quality, comparable price. They ended up billing me $30 per tire extra for an inferior quality tire, again, according to Mavis website ratings. Turns out that the tire I ordered was fine, there was no reason to change my order. Have filed multiple complaints with Mavis, no response. Have filed a complaint with BBB. There were a number of options available to Mavis if they wanted to deal with me in good faith.
