I purchased a 2011 Escape, in-May I've bumper-to-bumper warranty by having an extra warranty that I bought. I'd a problem using the AC condenser, they explained a stone struck it also it needed to be changed, nevertheless it was bodily harm they state, so it's not protected. Therefore after 2 vehicle obligations they need me to displace the component that will be over 700.00, obviosly there's a style issue below, every additional ford that I've looked over has some form of safety within the front-end of the automobiles which means this does not occur. I've possessed and been driving for more than 35 years, And That I haven't heard about something such as this before, Sadly I work with honda... I'll not be purchasing another... Poor company... Very disappointed
