I ordered a Chilton car repair manual In July from Ntxtool Company. Total cost was $75. I have contacted them several times by phone and email. I finally gave up

I ordered a Chilton Auto repair manual from NTXTools.com on 7/21. I have emailed them and called them several times. Each time I called the persons (different person everytime) so it seemed. The only one I remember was Nate. That was Feb. 21 and the last time I called. They told me everytime they would have the charge removed from my credit card, but that didn't happen. I kept a record of the times I called.
