Ripoff Took my money and refuse to give me the car or my money back

Please help me, Best Buy Car Co. Has taken my money and refuses to give me the car I purchased or my money back. I have no way of knowing if they are lying to me or telling me the truth when they say they don't have my car title. They say the State of Missouri hasn't sent it yet.

I've actually spoken with the Department of Revenue in Jeff City and they say it's already been sent. A girl that works at the Dealership says that she too spoke with the Dept. Of Revenue earlier in the week and they told her the same thing.

I can no longer go without a car. I have asked for my money back and have been refused. Mark tells me no and then hangs up on me. Real Brave. I'm a single mom who goes to school Full Time and works Part Time. I need a car.

Please help me get my money back.
