Firstly i called Dominos Pizza in Johor Bahru-Tmn. Melodies. The person who answer the delivery order line will pass from 1 person to another (which is very annoying) before i could placed my order. After speaking to 3 ppl, i finally get to tell what i wanted. I have been a regular for quite sometime and whenever i asked for extra chilli flakes, it FOC. But this few times that i make order and ask for more chilli flakes, they say that they wil charged me for it. This makes me very mad coz theres no charges all this while. And lastly the delivery boy came and i requested him to go get the chilli flakes for me, and i think he's angry that he ramped his motorcycle when leaving my hse. Then after maybe 15minutes he arrived wit my chilli flakes. And this time he ramped his motorcycle even louder that my 5 months baby woke up crying loudly and oso my neighbour came out to ask me why is my fren making too much noise. Tat makes me more unsatisfied tat i have to make a complain bout it. I do hope tat the management will take notice over this matter. Thank You.
