Buyer beware!!! Tidwell Car Company sold a car to a close family member of mine. They told us that everything was okay with the car, come to find out the catalytic coverter need to be replaced so it could NOT PASS emmissions, All four Car door Locks Broken, Right passenger window not working, Interior Dirty, Front driver-side inside bumper cover missing, Not remote control, no spare keys, Service engine light showing. They told us not to worry they would fix it. THEY LIED, luckly for us the car was still under warranty so the headquarter dearlership fixed all the problems whereas Tidwell after telling us they would fix everything did not even when the car failed emmissions. It has taken over 2 months to get the car in working condition, the Dealer ALI SAMAD is very rude and does not know anything about customer service, he will yell you right outside and send you on your way and hang up in your face after arguing with you over the phone. DONT GET YOURSELF INTO A SITUATION LIKE THIS, pass this lemon company and keep it moving!!! Not worth the hassel period! June 6
