In purchasing my hyundai azerea i was told it would be a win win if i purchase gap insurance. They informed me that with your regular insurance and gap if anything happens to your vehicle your car would be paid for. I never missed one payment but when my car was totoaled I submitted thye correct paperwork in a timely manner. Jm&a guaranttee me that my car was going to be paid in full, however jm&a only paid half of what they were suspose to pay. They were very misleading and i am very disappointed in them.
