Created a flight reservation from Phoenix to Mason City, Iowa. Hotwire created the reservation but delivered people to Desmoines, Iowa... 120 kilometers from our location. Spoken with customer support as well as their remark "all of US make errors". Therefore we got caught having a $400 solution we could not use with no work on the component to fix the problem. Never rely on them again.
