Don't trust their word! Please don't guide together and create exactly the same error we did.

That Is happening to us at this time as im currently talking about it. It's been a disturbing n economically demanding condition for all of US.

THEY'VE NO PROGRAM, they sure do verify r purchase and obtain ur cash/funds etc, but their terms of shipping are clear guarantees they cant keep.

Me and my partner reserved National Van Lines about 3 months before. Michael Olsen from customer support department informed us the moving vans might seriously the 7th or 8th June at newest. Trusting his term, we made preparations to fly-out from Iowa about the 9th July 6am (morning hours) trip. We also delivered our vehicle out together about the 6th July coming about the 9th June (night) AND reserved our new condo about the 10th of July. Nowadays, about the 7th of July, after repeated follow-UPS of departing speech emails and emails to Michael Olsen particularly, we quit attempting to contact him and we ultimately wound up called-up the client support. Nowadays, about the 7th of July, we're being informed that no vehicle/provider have been designated to the transfer, or may something be organized any time soon. Karen from customer support had the nerve to inform us if we're able to get anyone to 'baby-sit' our containers and our house while we quit their state. (Btw, we're alone within this condition without household or family arnd us except frens who've a-8-5pm work who clearly can't babysit for the products at such short notice). The client support person Jordan Olsen has nevertheless not approached us.

Therefore we're omitted in a large part to cope with all of this last minute garbage using the Supervisor Leon stating he may have the ability to focus on a reimbursement but that still doesnt resolve the issue that what's precisely likely to occur to our transfer today? When are they likely to come? We've no concept, and neither do they.
