Damaged my car in transit and won't pay

Hallmark caused $650 in damage to the roof of my Infiniti Q45 in transit. When I informed the company, they requested three estimates and pictures, which I promptly sent. Since that time, I have been completely unable to get satisfaction.

I disputed the credit card charge in September, but Hallmark Transportation fought the dispute and recharged my card in December without either contacting me or paying my legitimate claim.

In fact, the "person" I was forced to communicate with in email, never even admitted to a name, instead simply going by "tralisa". She was rude and openly unconcerned with my problems, too "busy" to look for my estimates or to give me a name of an insurance company to contact (since she was so busy).
