In April I found pictures of an exhaust manifold for a 30 Chrysler on Empire Motors web site. After send an e-mail inquiry I ended up talking via phone to a David Johnson at Empire Motors. He told me they had a manifold in stock that would meet my requirements. We negotiated a price of $1250 including shipping. He ask that I send my original intake and exhaust manifolds to match up. I expected to have my new manifold as well as my original equipment within 2 weeks. After a couple of e-mails and phone calls I was told the one in stock was not a match and that since they "took the contract" they would manufacture one for me. They tried to get more money and ask me to find more buyes. I ask for the return of my money and original parts. Four years later and many e-mails and calls and still no returned parts or money. My car is on blocks for four years. I have contacted the BBB, the Texas Attorney General, the US Postal authorities, and the El Paso Police all with no success.
