7/8 I wanted to purchase a pr. Of New Balance Tennis shoes, 655-Size 8. Size was unavailable, but the helpful clerk offer to order them and said that they would be in by the following week. Checked a week later and by the look of the log book, they had not even been ordered. Told that they would re-order as of 7/19. Called 7/22. Told that they should be on the 4pm delivery that evening. We have never received a call back. Only communication is if I initiate it. I am sorry that I submitted a favorable customer feedback survey (7/8) when I first tried to place an order. I was hoping for a better response from Dick's as had been my experience in the past. Store # 00373
