A HORRIBLE COMPANY to deal with! This company is owned by Afghanistanis who want to stick it to Americans. It's a family affair who will tell you anything on the phone to sell you an engine, but never tell you that the engine might not fit, or about their return policy which is a rip-off.

I spent over a thousand dollars on an Infiniti J30 engine including shipping/handling. He claimed there were no taxes or additional fees. I even had my mechanic, a certified Infiniti mechanic on a 3-way call to assure that the engine did not have a solenoid on the rear like the 1993-1995's have. He assured us, swore to us that his engine would not. He LIED through his teeth.

The engine arrived after a week's delay at customs (we're sorry Mike the manager said then, but refused to speak with me after the error was discovered), and sure enough, it had the solenoid on the rear of the engine. There were also a ton of other reasons why the engine wouldn't fit. My mechanic got on the phone and told him that this is what he said the engine couldn't have, but Zabi (the salesman) claimed that he could 'make it fit.'

I called Nissan-Infiniti of North America, and they said the engines are NOT compatible. Tiger Japanese claims to know different than the manufacturer! I said I didn't want it, that it was not the engine he sold me, and that I wanted a full refund. Zabi calls back and says that he has a mechanic in Pittsburgh who will install the engine. I live 600 miles from Pittsburgh, and would have to tow my car AND transport the engine to get there. What idiot would even suggest such a 'solution?'

Now they want me to pay shipping both ways, a 25% re-stocking fee, and all of a sudden there now are taxes and customs fees ($340.00) not charged before, that I'm supposed to pay!

This statement is from their website regarding these customs fees:

Yes, it's true. We deliver the shipment directly to your home for no extra charge. Other companies charge you $140 or more.

Because I'm not willing to haul my car and engine to Pittsburgh, these foreign anti-American 'merchants' are trying to charge me $942.00 in total fees to RETURN the wrong engine they sold me for $965.00.

You can only speak with the manager Mike up until you've spent your money. After that, forget-about-it. He will not pick up the call, and they force you to their 'claims site' which is a joke. It is there only so that they can avoid any further personal contact.

I will file a claim with FTC and FCC over this matter. Buyers beware of this company. Many suppliers in the US will not use them, and have this company on a DO NOT DEAL WITH list.
