I will never recomend this site to anyone. They shipped my delievery a week late, sent me the wrong rim. Didnt even bother to care that they sent me the wrong rim, had to call 5 times, be put on hold and forgot about for 30 min, once I was put on hold and then the message came on that customer service was closed for the day. I was really pissed off. Wont bother to try and work it out with me at all. Dont even bother emailing them they wont email you back. It sounds like all they want is their money and thats it. I had to call and cancel my credit card order in order for them to even want to talk to me, and even then they didnt even care. Told me to be patient with them, are you kidding me they were not patient with me at all. I was being patient and being nice to them does not work out. They send me a return form after a month of me complaining, it was standard delievery and they paid for it, but standard delievery are you kidding me, and then they wont order the proper rim untill they have the other one back, and even at that it takes one to two weeks for them to get it in and then the ship it out to me in a week or two. Really this is bull. I dont recomned this place at all, not even one bit. Please for your own safetly and insurance go somewhere else, not at wheelsnext.com. Horrible service, good product, but the product is anywhere, 0% rated.
