On March 7 I purchased some Corvette wheel center cap decals form this vendor.
When the shipment arrived, I found that the vendor had shipped me the incorrect decals.
I emailed the vendor and he apologized for the error and promised to ship the correct decals right out to me.
I promptly returned the incorrect decals to the vendor via the postal service with a receipt signature required.
About a week later, I received a copy of the signed receipt informing me that the vendor had the returned incorrect decals in his posession.
Numerous attempts to contact this vendor by email were ignored.
Telephone contact was limited to an answering machine, I never actually was able to speak with anyone at their business number.
On April 11 when I finally advised the vendor that I was going to dispute the purchase with Paypal, he sent me another email apologizing and promising to send me my decals.
As of the date of this report, April 17, I still have not received my order.
