Initial report, prompted by inability of repair facility, vehicle's dealer, or myself to obtain a response from the warranty company regarding my destroyed tranny. Telephones: ".. No longer in service..." Claimed "prompt service" so far, 4 full days after tranny imploded, not bearing any truth, so it appears. Awkward online procedure, service rep at repair shop says he hasn't been able to gain access to "claims ".
The dealer of the vehicle tried various times without success to locate a valid phone number in service also. The address in Las Vegas has no tenant by this company's name! Saw numerous "bloglike" references to this warranty company's scamlike procedures. Stay tuned for how this goes for my need for a new e4od tranny.
