He was supposed to install GPS systems in a couple trucks, but trashed the trucks, did a horrible job, never showed up on time and always made excuses

Unprofessional, fraud and poor workmanship are the best way to describe this guy. He was paid to install a couple GPS systems on some work trucks. He was always late, with excuses.

The work was pretty shoddy and he made a mess installing the systems. He will talk your ear off, waste your time and money.
