I found Durashield online and ordered a cover for my boat. I put the cover on, as I have done with a multitude I have owed before. I have had a boat for 30 years, as I put the cover on. A gentle tug on the back to get it over the corner resulted ina ripping noise coming from the front... When I checked it out. I found the nose seam had come undone. Upon firther investigation I could see where the sewing had been left short and not double stiched in the seams as most quality covers are. When I called Durashield to see about returning the product or getting a replacement I was informed I would be charged for the shipping to return it. Charged a restocking fee if they determined it was a valid return. And then be charged a delivery fee for the new one... It would have been exactly the same expense to just buy another new one... When I called to express my displeasure... I was underwhelmed at the care I was shown. I can only say. If you work as hard for your money as I do mine, you probably expect at least a little concern from a company when you have a problem. If you do. This isn't a good match for you. If you don't. This company may be heaven for you.
