On 3/26 I was looking in the Lowrider magazine and found this company USA Tire & Wheel Outlet Inc. 866-844-8473 & request a quote for 22' chrome rims & tires. This man who answered didn't provide his name but, stated the cost is $1100 plus $100 shipping total cost is $1200.
After he quoted me this price I thought it was a good deal. So I contact him back and asked how do I go about placing an order? He said you can provide me the type of rims you want and one of two ways to go about the payment for the money. First option was to provide him with my credit card information to pay in full, second option was to Western Union half of the cost which was $600 & pay other half as a COD through UPS. I also ask how long will it take to receive the rims & tires? He stated 5 business days.
