I requested an electrical steering push for my Landrover, after I requested it mentioned a $61.00 Primary cost put into the statement which was redeemable after I delivered the Primary component back. After I obtained the brand new component, there have been no directions or tackle for delivering the Primary part for them. I named Customer Support and was constantly delivered to the Results Dept.
The Return Department stated they don’t take aged components as primary. Just Fresh resell able components. I expected them to appear on the site. Then they place me on-hold (never returning). I’ve created many more request returning Primary components for deposit Credit. No chance. They use you along until you quit. Never praising the Primary Deposit refund.
