I created a reservation and got a contact stating that since it was a reservation with significantly less than 48-hours, I had a need to contact the amount Toll-Free 1 800-447-1955. I named and talked to some person who recognized herself as JASON. Well, he asks me what's the schedule and since I have obtained the e-mail requesting me to contact the amount, I thought the individual who gets the telephone phone understands the reservation, therefore he requires me all of the concerns in the site and he gets REALLY FURIOUS with me stating that used to do not talk language and worrying about Western Clients and HANG UP THE PHONE!!! YES, he HUNG-UP!
I called again and have him to consult with his boss and he explained: I'm THE EMPLOYER.
Today I tell: is that this a means of coping with clients? I guess that 90% of his custumers are folks from away from people. Just how can somebody feel pleased with cure such as this?
This person is just a silly and it is a disgrace for that organization.
