Paying off the loan early

I'm american union fast gathering them big theory funds to repay the vehicle early and today they'll not talk to me about the phone they turn off my capability to observe my bill online and about the telephone. They keep showing me I've to keep in touch with a manaher but no supervisor actually calls. They'll not really acknowledge that they're gettting my cash and that I habe to pay for this vehicle off fast.
