KAT transport had an agreement w/myself to pick up my vehicle to ship from Calgary, Alberta to London, Ontario. They informed me that p/u would be 900am on the saturday, oct 16 but no one had showed up and no phone call either. When i finally got a response i was promised to be reimbursed the 2 days for my rental car since they were unable to pick it up till Monday, Oct 18th.

Well i finally received my vehicle in London 18 days later and during that time it sat for in Toronto for 5 days before they decided to ship it to me.
They wouldn't return calls or emails and it was a completely unprofessional company to say the least plus they have yet to reimburse what i was promised and again no response to none of calls and emails!!!
Avoid at all costs dealing with them!!! They gladly take your money before they even do anything but certainly don't live up to anything that they advertise!!!
