I do want to document a proper complaint from the workers (especially a late-20s early 30s worker with spectacles) in the HESS gas station situated at 207 Highland Ave, Needham Heights, MA 02494. This event happened on Friday, February 28 at roughly 12:45 PM.
Getting from New Hampshire, I visited this stop to try to purchase fuel.
Upon applying my bank card, I had been realizing the push closing down 3 times for factors to that we didn't learn about.
One deal billed me 8 pennies that NO fuel joined my automobile.
I had been welcomed with a really rude and ridiculous clerk who crassly shows me that my automobile is experiencing the incorrect path which he was closing my gas-pump off…creating numerous bank card purchases onto my bill.
Upon switching my vehicle around, today the gas-pump is declining my bank card because of the shutoff this worker was doing.
This worker was excessively rude in my experience and produced a and daunting knowledge that we haven't obtained like a client.
Likely To this specific gas-station for that first-time, I had been therefore discouraged by this worker that I mentioned that I'll NEVER purchase SOMETHING out of this Needhan Heights Hess place again. I bought gas from another rival gas station instead.
Meanwhile, I've three really dubious bank card purchases out of this fuel station.
I'd like this worker fired from his work. It's really apparent he is not capable of being municipal towards the clients of the stop, which this knowledge informs me a great deal concerning the folks from Needham (and Ma).
I'll never patronize this gasoline station again.
