Livingsocial.com has bad business ethics. Unlike groupon, who ensures 100% client satisfaction, Livingsocial.com doesn't actually learn about the support they suggest. We purchased 2 one-hour-long massages from the Raleigh Chiropractic organization. These massages were terrible. The visits were operating 45 minutes late. The area was unprofessional, using the hostess not altering the linen between customers. The hostess spoke our ears off about how exactly his fingers were rise from performing livingsocial.com massages again-to-back all week. He hardly rubs people also it just last for 20 units, while we taken care of a-one-time chiropractic massage.
Toughest of, we delivered a person support criticism to livingsocial.com plus they have yet to react after 3 times. To include insult to damage, livingsocial.com published this same chiropractic organization unique many weeks later! I'll never use livingsocial again simply because they don't examine the ethics and quality of the deals they provide. This public criticism is just a consequence of no reaction from their customer support office.
