I'm extremely dissatisfied using the method Hyundai decides to DISHONOR its "bumper-to-bumper" guarantee... Which appears to be ineffective

Once The check-engine light arrived on in my own 2008 Hyundai Sonata, I instantly ceased at my normal service storage. An extremely trustworthy and truthful organization, I'd prefer to include - the technician explained to obtain it towards the seller because it was nevertheless included in the guarantee.

Since I'd to generate it house (only under 5 kilometers!!!) I called the Hyundai dealer in Alexandria, Virginia to ensure it had been ok to generate it using the lighting on, plus they said yes. Nevertheless when I got home I observed foul smelling exhaust gases after I got from the vehicle.

I regarded getting the vehicle towed in the dealer to my normal technician however the pull costs might have been significantly more than $150. After all the disappointment and outrage it appeared a moot point... Therefore the seller does the job, in the end.

As time goes on I'll NEVER consider my vehicle back again to a Hyundai Dealer... I'll think about the guarantee null and emptiness... Because the truth of "BUMPER-TO-BUMPER protection is semantics - no foundation the truth is whatsoever
