Deny a claim on my vechile warrarty on a cover part that is connect with and nor cover part

I brought and extended auto warrarty for my truck, ascs deny two of my claims, i try to have it appeal but they still deny it. They deny it cause they said gasket and seals is not a cover item, which i understand but the part that was broken on my car is the tention which is connected to the gasket and can't be separated the tention is a cover part it the two was separated i could understand them denying my claims but that the the case here. Then they had me fax them an appeal about the problem. Im not a mecahic it was hard for me to explain my case with them. What the purpose of having a warrarty if they keep denying your claims
