Joseph Auto Sales
They still haven't sent me my title after over a month! Nor will they answer the phone when I call!

I purchased a vehicle from Joseph Auto Sales in Fredericksburg, VA on 1-14. I paid by check and it has cleared the bank. I still haven't recieved the title. I have called many of times and the phone rings and rings.
After doing some research, I called the supposed owner of the company. He said that he sold the company in September. He has been very resourceful. He gave me the numbers of the person that did my paper work, Omar, and the new owner. After calling Omar, he told me that he was fired and that I would have to talk to the partners. I called the old owner back and he told me that the flooring plan was still under his name at the bank and the car has not been paid for as of yet.
So in another words, I paid for this car have it and the bank owns it, even though the money has cleared my accont.
