I had been in an incident by which among Fred Loyais client was to blame. I submitted the state with Fred Loya and also the support I acquired in the people who worked there is simply terrible, therefore unprofessional and disinterested. After processing my claim i called back again to get an update and that I was informed that I had been likely to obtain a phone the moment they'd any new improvements on my state. A couple of days approved by and that I didn't get any calls from their store and so I called back and also the state individual Steven Bais explained that my state have been refused each day once they had assured me they might advise me of any improvements if any. Not just my state was refused however state consultant didn't bother to see me. After I requested the man why I had beennot knowledgeable he'd stated that a notice was sent by email. What type of support is the fact that? Is not a two-minute contact a much better option? He also didn't provide me a great clarification about why the state was refused. This really is terrible support when their client actually got a solution out of this event. So here I'm with no vehicle to create it to function and waiting about the authorities are accountable to demand cost. Horrible service and horrible horrible administration.
